Navigation and support
BSWQA’s HealthAccess Center (similar to an Accolade health assistant) includes dedicated nurses and care managers that will assist with appointment scheduling, provider searches, where to go for care and billing questions.

Covered care is offered only by the BSWQA network in the DFW area. If you have covered dependents at college or living outside the metroplex, this option probably isn’t right for you.
